In addition to the rates in the table above, this property also charges a once-off R250 admin fee and a R950 cleaning fee per booking.
Price Includes
- Rates displayed are on a self-catering basis and DStv is provided. A Wi-Fi router is provided, but data is for the guest's account.
House Rules
Guests need to bring their own beach/swimming towels.

Please note:
The Thesen Island Homeowners Association (TIHOA) has implemented a BUPL (biometric user pay levy). This amounts to an additional fee of R97.00 per guest biometric registration. At least one guest in the group is compelled to register and pay the said levy.
Any additional guest registering and utilizing the biometric system will also carry the levy per guest. Passengers need not register, but the names and ID documents of all group members must be entered in on the group leader’s biometric document. A copy of each adult Guest’s ID/Passport in the family/group to be included.
