House Rules
Access to rooms and facilities is adjusted based on the number of guests booked. Only necessary bedrooms are opened for smaller groups, with extra rooms closed unless arranged beforehand.
Pets are allowed on the property; however, arrangements must be made with the establishment in advance.
Please be advised that the oven does not work during power outages.
If the number of guests arriving at the property exceeds the number that was booked, an additional fee per extra person will be charged.
Please note that the number of guests booked for the stay will determine how many rooms will be made available to you. We do not allow double bookings, specifically to ensure guest comfort and privacy. For example, if 2 couples have booked, 2 rooms will be available, and the rest of the house will not be accessible to any other guests.
