The third bedroom contains a double bed, a child-only bunk bed, and a child-only single bed, including an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower. The third bathroom includes a small bath, perfect for a child. Each bedroom in the flatlet is comfortably furnished with a double bed as well as a child-only bunk bed. The bathroom is fitted with a shower.

Both the main house and the flatlet boast well-equipped kitchens that include a gas stove, microwave, air fryer, kettle, toaster, fridge-freezer, and a breakfast bar with stools. The main house features a scullery with a dishwasher, washing machine, and tumble dryer. Additionally, both units offer open-plan living and dining areas, a bar with ample seating, as well as an indoor braai for guests to dine and relax. For guests' entertainment, 2 smart TVs and access to free Wi-Fi are available. Guests are required to log in with their own streaming accounts.

Outside, there is a lovely garden with a built-in braai, fire pit, and outdoor seating. This property has inverter backup power and is not affected by power outages. Secure on-site parking is available.
