Ons het plek bespreek op die grondverdieping (wat aan ons bevestig is), maar woonstel was op die derde verdieping. Die woonstel se deur en veiligheidshek is stukkend, dus ons het skaars geslaap omdat mens bang is in die area. Die geraas deur die nag tot baie laat is sleg veral vir 'n besigheidspark waar ons weer moes vroeg opstaan vir 'n vol dag. Die plek was nie skoon nie en die breekware is nie bruikbaar nie. Ons voel nie die plek is goeie waarde vir geld nie.

Firstly I must say that out host Johan tried his best to remedy matters. The apartment was dirty, the picture on the website is misleading, all websites shows this as a four star which it is most definitely not. It is advertised as being services daily which is also not the case. There was no air conditioning however the owner bought us a fan. On contacting TravelGround they contacted the host who then moved us to another property. However servicing of the department was not included in the rate. Pointed out to owner that on some websites it confirms that there is air conditioning and he confirmed that he would rectify that.
