The lodge was very dirty, could not even take a shower, just shocking!

Regarding the cleanliness of the lodge – this is not true. I personally double-check the cleanliness of the lodge after every clean to make sure everything is neat and tidy before any guests arrive.

All the doors of the lodge do lock securely. There was no message from you that evening to inform me that you were struggling to lock the door. I do offer my assistance any time of the day if guests require it.

A functional place for an overnight stay.

We stayed over for one night to break up a longer travel. The bed linen was very clean. The rest of the apartment would have benefitted from some additional cleaning. It would be great if the owner would renovate the balcony/terrace on the first floor - currently the floor is unsafe to walk on.
