Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R2000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
Pets are not allowed.
This is a quiet neighbourhood. The noise levels need to be down between 22:00 and 08:00.
Parties and extra overnight visitors will not be permitted.
Smoking indoors is prohibited.
Please return all keys and remotes upon check-out.
If you use the braai, ensure there are no hot coals when you go to bed.
Please don’t take the bath towels to the beach. Beach towels are provided in the bathroom cupboards.
Please always put on the alarm when you leave the house. Use the brown button to activate or deactivate the alarm.
Please don’t leave any food or perishables in the fridge.
If you stay longer than 1 week, the property manager will arrange to water the plants in the house and in the garden.
Please put all rubbish in black bags. There are also recycling bags in the cupboard below the sink.
Please ensure that all the doors are locked when you leave the premises.
Kindly ensure that you do not bring beach sand into the house.
