House Rules
All garbage is to be placed in black bags before being placed into the big black bin provided in the carport.
People may not create noise that shall interfere with the peaceful enjoyment of others residing or visiting the premises.
The speed limit within the resort may not exceed 10 km per hour.
All visitors, not residing at the resort, must leave the premises before 22:00. Music needs to be turned off at 22:00 and gatherings should be moved indoors. There needs to be absolute silence between midnight and 07:00.
The pond is not for swimming, there are communal swimming pools where guests can cool off.
Fireworks and littering are strictly not allowed.
Smoking is strictly not allowed inside the villa.
Guests are required to use water sparingly.
