House Rules
Smoking and open fires, including candles, are not allowed.
Parties are not allowed on the premises, and noise and music must be kept to a minimum.
Kindly consider neighbors with children and keep noise level low.
The hosts prefer family bookings and corporate bookings, provided that the corporate bookings are made through the company.
There is no breakage deposit however if there are
damages caused by the guests, they will be expected to pay for the damages.
House-trained pets are welcome on prior arrangement, providing guests clean up after them. Should this not be the case the hosts will charge an extra cleaning fee. Should the pets damage the furniture, the guests will be expected to pay for the damages.
Guests who booked 3 or more weeks will pay an additional fee for the use of the heater.
