Firstly, we don't advertise off-street parking. If guests read the ad properly, they will see this.
Secondly, the ad states that we have a dog. The poop is cleaned up every morning and later in the day whenever we see it.
Thirdly, the room is not dirty. It is meticulously cleaned and prepared before any guest arrives, and if the guest stays more than 3 days, then the room is cleaned every 3 days.
I would like to know what this guest found unpleasant. When he left, he was friendly, smiling, and thanked us for a good stay.
This studio is part of a family home and, as such, has the feel of a family home. This is not a guesthouse.
I would prefer if the guest commented on the room, and not on the garden, which is part of our family space. The garden space is actually very pleasant and clean.
