House Rules
All guests must complete a quick verification process through Truvi before arrival. A deposit or waiver fee is required and paid directly to Truvi. If you're not comfortable with this, you may cancel your booking within 12 hours of receiving the Truvi email. Please complete the process before check-in.
No pets are allowed.
No smoking indoors. Smoking is permitted on the deck only. A R500 cleaning fee will apply if smoke is detected inside.
No parties or loud noise. Quiet hours must be observed, especially in the evenings. Multiple complaints may result in early check-out without a refund.
No illegal substances are allowed. Any suspicion will result in security involvement and early check-out without a refund.
Only registered guests are allowed to stay. A fee of R1000 per night will be charged for unregistered guests. Maximum of 2 people allowed.
Unauthorised pets will incur a R500 fee and may result in early check-out.
Children under 12 are not permitted due to safety concerns.
No eating or drinking in the bedrooms.
Do not move furniture.
Lost keys will incur an additional replacement fee.
