Unprofessional and inconvenient stay.

There was no power upon arrival with no warning. The next morning we woke up to no water either. So after an irritably cold night, there is no water for us to get done. The owner then sarcastically turns around and says, 'Did no one inform you that there is no water?' as if we were to know. The arrogance to then tell us to find another place for the 2nd night and he will pay the other place. We expect a full refund.
