Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R400 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
A refundable contingency (breakage) deposit of R400.00 is payable with every confirmed reservation, and will be refunded with 7 working days after departure, or after the unit has been cleaned and inspected.
Bring your own bedding, cushions, dish washing requirements etc.
Bedding and towels are not provided. Bedding can be rented.
We do not accept cheques. We do accept Mastercard/Visa cards.
Keys are collected and returned at our offices, which is in the flats behind Seesig Supermarket. No keys will be handed over until the full outstanding balance and the contingency deposit has been paid in full.
These units are not pet-friendly.
