Smoking indoors is not permitted.
Pets are welcome by arrangement.
The driveway is very steep and parking is unsuitable for more than 2 motor vehicles.
Please note, that the accommodation is accessed via stairs, and may not be suitable for young children, the elderly, or guests with disabilities.
There is a jacuzzi with an open deck, young children need to be supervised.
We have monkeys and they will enter the house through open windows, so remember to close up before you leave.
There is an alarm system that can be activated when leaving the house.
We have an inverter installed with solar panels, so there are no load-shedding interruptions.
Domestic services can be arranged with the landlord at your own cost. Payment directly to the lady servicing the home.
The landlord lives on the premises for any assistance. Please leave a parking bay open in front of the garage.
