Dawns Cozy Sleep is a spacious overnight flatlet with a separate entrance located on the owner’s property in Table View. The flatlet can accommodate up to 2 guests, the bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed, and the bathroom is fitted with a shower. For added convenience, linen and bath towels are provided. Additionally, this flatlet has a comfortable couch and a kitchenette equipped with a bar fridge, microwave and a single plate induction stove. For guests' entertainment, free uninterrupted Wi-Fi and a TV with Netflix are available.

Description
Flamingo Rest is a studio-type accommodation with a separate entrance and views of a garden and pool. The unit is furnished with a double bed and a bathroom fitted with a shower, washbasin, and toilet. The kitchenette is equipped with a washbasin, fridge, microwave, single-plate induction stove, kettle, iron, cutlery, pots, and utensils. The unit also features a comfortable two-seater couch, a Lazyboy recliner, and a small table with two chairs for dining. A wall-mounted large TV with Netflix and a smart box is also provided. Additionally, the unit offers Wi-Fi and parking in the driveway or in front of the main house. Situated just 5 minutes from Bloubergstrand beaches and the world-famous kite surfing corner, it's a short walk to the SANCCOB Wild Bird Rehabilitation Center, the Milnerton Aquatic Club for windsurfing, major shopping malls, Virgin Active Gym, MyCiti bus stops, restaurants, and pubs – all within close proximity. The neighbourhood is very relaxed and quiet.
