De Charmoy Estate Guest House

Amazing stay at de Charmoy with friendly staff.

We booked a weekend stay for my husband's birthday with a group of family and friends, staff was friendly and very accommodating, rooms were neat and tidy, breakfast was included and the food breakfast and lunch were great. Will definitely visit again.

I felt that the whole place could do with a bit of a spruce up.

Very handy to the airport. Our room smelt of cigarette smoke. The ladies' public toilet could definitely do with a makeover; the inside of the door was filthy. Unable to connect to the WiFi. Very confusing instructions.

The breakfast was great and the gardens were well kept.

After two long haul flights it was a pleasure to check in to de Charmoy Estate Guest House. Easy check-in, super comfy room and brilliant.

Ek het' n plek naby die lughawe gesoek net om te oornag want moes vroeg die volgende oggend uitvlieg en hierdie plekkie het al die bokse getiek.

Baie gerieflik en aangenaam.

Die aanduidings was net bietjie verwarrend op Google.

Baie vriendelik en gasvry.

Kamers was netjies en die ontbyt was heerlik.

It was not a pleasant experience. It was very dirty - rubbish lying outside the kitchen right in the reception walk in. The room was very smelly. The menu was very limited.

We only stayed a few hours and left to find accommodation elsewhere. The website is extremely misleading.

Mooi groot luxe verblijf vlak bij het vliegveld.

Dit guesthouse is een prima plek wanneer je naar het vliegveld moet of er vandaan komt. Het is schoon, de ontvangst is prima en de bediening zeer vriendelijk en dienstbaar. Ik kan dit guesthouse zeer zeker aanbevelen!

Die kamer was baie mooi, die landgoed pragtig, en baie goeie verblyf. Ook naby lughawe en nie te ver van Umhlanga.

It is a cool place refreshing next to the nature

The staff make you feel special.They threat you with outmost humility.From the security,labourer,middle management to top management.The surrounding are absolute relaxing.The exquisite garden,singing of birds to farm animals like rabbits guine fowl to tortoise.

We traveled as a group of 12 friends on holiday from the UK. We chose de Charmoy as an overnight stop as it is close to the airport and we had an early flight to catch but we wished we could have spent much longer there. We had such a warm welcome; our hosts were charming and went out of their way to put together a meal to save us going out again, even though we hadn't arranged this (we hadn't realised it would be possible). The setting is beautiful, the rooms very comfortable, with enormous beds. It is easy to get to from the main road and getting to the airport was very simple but you would never have known we were near main roads or airports. It was a lovely place and I would thoroughly recommend it.
