Many thanks for your review, I would like to advise of the following: The outside room has 2 mirrors, of which 1 is in the bedroom and the other is in the bathroom. When you advised us of the leaking toilet and the faulty plug, we repaired it within hours of the report. The main bedroom and bathroom is open plan and therefore a heavy curtain separates the two for your own privacy, should you wish to make use of it. The other bathrooms do have doors. The mattress in the loft was a special arrangement as the initial booking was for 5 guests but was changed on short notice to 10 guests; we accommodated the additional 5 guests at no additional cost. Our facilities only cater for 9 guests but, with your consent, we added an extra single bed in the loft for you, the mattress is stained but the bedding was clean.

The fridge has an alarm on it that trips when it labours. We explained this, as well as advised you that should this happen, all you need to do is switch it on and off to reset it. The freezer does freeze on the outside but this is due to the humidity. Neither this, nor the alarm going off, will affect the performance of the fridge and freezer. All our towels and bedding are laundered after guests departure. Upon booking your accommodation we did advise that the unit does not have a washing machine but that there is a laundromat close-by. We have since installed a washing machine in the unit.

The leak in the roof was caused by the boys playing with the water in the upstairs bathroom, the flooding of the floor drained down into the kitchen as it's directly downstairs. I drove from Kenton to assist you. It was not raining and that could therefore not be the cause of the leak. We spent one night in the flat downstairs, which was the day you arrived, but the rest of your stay we were in Kenton. I do smoke but due to my wife being hyper sensitive, I only smoke outside.
