Perfectly located, more private than expected.

Wonderful stay. Unit was clean, tidy and had more amenities than we expected. The weather didn't play along, but that did not take away from the unit's beauty. We will definitely recommend this to anyone considering. The Lieven's Restaurant (at the clubhouse) is walking distance away with the most spectacular views of De Zalze Golf Estate and even better food. The spa was also a welcome addition, with some guests enjoying a relaxing pamper. What was not included in the description but came in very handy: Laundry room with washer and dryer. Hairdryers in all bedrooms. Unfortunately no wood was provided for the fireplace, but we quickly managed to buy some to heat the entire unit. Great addition to an already-cozy stay.

Nice location, mediocre service, shocking experience first three nights.

First 3 nights neither of us got any sleep due to the adjacent unit's aircon noise that the tenant insisted on using. Winelands claimed they couldn't fix it till the Monday. I think that was absolute nonsense and an easy excuse, I believe no effort was made to find other contractors or move the tenant. Try not sleeping for 3 nights.
