Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

A breakage deposit is required per booking, which will be refunded within 7 working days of the guest's departure, provided that the unit is left in the same condition as upon arrival and everything is in order.
Guests are kindly requested to report any discrepancies or damages in the unit to the office within 12 working hours.
The unit strictly prohibits smoking indoors, and guests are required to smoke outside. Failure to comply with this policy may result in the forfeiture of the deposit in order to cover the costs of steam cleaning curtains, carpets, and furniture.
In the event that it is discovered that there are more guests staying in the unit than initially quoted, or if the number of guests exceeds the total allowed capacity, the deposit will be forfeited.
A complimentary supply of toilet paper and guest soap is provided, but guests are responsible for replenishing these items at their own cost as the unit is self-catering. Guests should also remember to bring their own dishwashing liquid and other cleaning materials they may require.
Cleaning services can be arranged between 8:30 and 14:30, excluding weekends and public holidays. Guests must book this service through the office at least 48 hours in advance and make payment directly to the office, not to the cleaner. Please note that the availability of cleaning services may vary, especially during peak seasons, due to resource limitations.
