Description
This cottage comprises 2 bedrooms. Each bedroom comprises a queen bed, an en-suite bathroom with a large walk-in shower, a toilet and a basin, and a patio space with seating. The main bedroom has a flat-screen TV as well. The kitchen is equipped with a countertop oven, a fridge, toaster, microwave oven, washing machine and crockery and cutlery. The lounge and dining area has plenty of comfortable seating with a flat-screen TV with all DStv channels. The entrance hall, lounge, kitchen and dining area all lead onto the patio with uninterrupted views across False Bay and the Hottentot Holland Mountains across the bay. There is also a braai area in the front and back of the house. The house is fully alarmed and there is safe parking behind a high wooden fence and electric sliding gate. We are in a quiet secure area in a cul de sac.
