Thank you for your rating. Please note that we do not state anywhere that a TV or WiFi will be available. The fibre is a recent addition in the Eastern Cape and the cable was laid just before the holidays. To my knowledge, the service provider is not done with the installation yet. As for the bottles under the bed, we make use of a private cleaning/book-in agent as we do not live in Jeffreys Bay ourselves and will take this up with them, since we pay for their service.
