Room 1 can accommodate up to 3 guests in an open-plan room. The unit is furnished with a double bed and a single bed. Linen is provided, however guests are required to bring their own towels and additional blankets. The bathroom is shared with Room 2 next door and it is furnished with a toilet and washbasin. Guests have access to the communal ablution blocks on the property that is fitted with showers and toilets. The room is equipped with a fridge-freezer, tea- and coffee-making facilities and a fan. The communal kitchen is available should guests wish to cook a meal and it is equipped with a fridge-freezer, 2-plate gas induction stove, a mini-oven, microwave, cutlery and crockery, tea- and coffee-making facilities, dining table and a built-in braai.
