House Rules
Waste removal takes place on Tuesday mornings. Please be comfortable with the owners accessing the laundry area from outside at 07:30 in the morning to remove the municipal bin.
The springklers is scheduled during summer on Monday, Thursday, and Saturday evenings from 19:00.
The owners will need to enter every 2nd to 3rd day between 5–7 pm (only during summer: October to April) to maintain the swimming pool and add chlorine. Visits will be less frequent during winter months. Owners enter through a side gate. Please be comfortable with occasionally seeing us outside as we attend to the pool, garden, and irrigation.
A gardener comes for a half-day once a week, and times will be communicated to guests if necessary.
For stays longer than 7 nights, we offer one complimentary cleaning inside the house. After that, additional cleanings will be charged at R300 each, payable in cash and available upon request.
No smoking is allowed inside the premises only outside. There is an ashtray on the outdoor patio table.
No loud music and parties or late braais with music after 10 pm.
