Furniture Condition: We assure you that the furniture in the room is neither old nor musty. We regularly maintain and update our furnishings to ensure they are comfortable and clean for our guests.
Roof Leak: The leak you experienced was due to an exceptionally heavy downpour during a period of flooding in the area. We understand how this impacted your stay and are taking steps to address and repair any issues caused by the severe weather.
Room Amenities: We strive to provide a functional and enjoyable stay, and we will review the room layout, including the placement of the TV, to ensure better convenience for our guests.
Our special rate of R300 per night aims to offer an affordable option whilst maintaining a good standard of comfort and service. We value your feedback as it helps us improve and deliver a better experience for all our guests.
