If management, at their discretion, finds that you've not abided by these requirements, you and/ or your party may not occupy the unit, or will be asked to vacate the unit, and a penalty fee will be charged to you.
Any damage to the resort property, including the unit/s and their contents, is the financial liability of the guest in occupation, and may exceed the breakage deposit paid at check in, depending on damages incurred during occupation.
