Rooms are beautiful but was very cold in the room.

Was very cold and the rooms had no aircon as stated in the description on the website. Was given a small fan heater that made a bit of a difference. Electric blankets in the extreme cold will make a difference.

They can feel free to put their contact number more clearly.

Yip. The restaurant by 17:30 apparently too late to order dinner. I didn't feel like making it an issue.

Klientediens was swak.

All the meals were ice cold.

Place is very nice, someone invested a lot of money, but forgot to put heart and soul into it. Customer service was poor. Booked for 2 but room was only fixed for one. It was just one towel and morning coffee. Seems to me it's a hotel for business people who visit Danielskuil during the week, but they are not interested in guests over the weekend.
