Description
Doornkop 106 Game Lodge offers quality self-catering accommodation, situated on the 2200 hectre Doornkop Fish and Wildlife Nature Reserve, granting guests easy access to the N1, and N4, and is conveniently close to Johannesburg and Pretoria.
This lodge can accommodate up to 12 guests and comprises 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, a kitchen and a living area. The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower. The second bedroom has 1 king-size bed and 1 single bed, and the en-suite bathroom is fitted with a shower. The third and fourth bedrooms both contain 2 single beds. The third bedroom’s en-suite bathroom has a bath and shower, and the fourth bedroom’s bathroom has a shower only. The loft has 3 single beds, and the fifth bathroom has a bath only.
The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a fridge, oven, stove, microwave, toaster, basic cutlery and crockery, as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities. The spacious living room has a dining table with chairs, couches, and a flat-screen TV.
The glass doors lead to the patio which has outdoor furniture, allowing guests to admire the spectacular views of Doornkop, which is teeming with wildlife and 200 species of birdlife. Hiking and mountain bike trails allow guests to experience a diversity of fauna and flora, breath-taking rock formations a variety of natural habitats.
