Hi Christolene, we are sorry to hear that you were not happy with our customer service. We made plans to allow you to check in at 1.15pm. However, we did ask you to vacate by 10am (normal check out time) as we needed to prepare the cottage for the next guest and for us to arrive at my oncology appointment on time. We only asked you to vacate at 10.15am.
