House Rules
Always be careful on gravel roads, especially after a lot of rain, and vehicles with high ground clearance are recommended.
This home is not fenced and therefore not pet friendly.
For longer stays, guests must use the municipal rubbish bins and leave them at the roadside on Thursday mornings. It must then be brought back in once it has been emptied.
Before departure, guests must put all rubbish in the black bags and put it in the rubbish bin.
Before departure, guests must clean the dishes, leave them in the dishwasher, and turn it on.
Smoking is prohibited indoors. Please make sure that any butts are cleared outside the house before leaving.
Report any faults or problems in the house to the owners as soon as possible.
Guests must leave the unit in the same condition as they received it.
Duke's Nest's owners accept no liability for loss or damage to any valuables or belongings belonging to guests or their visitors.
