Description
DunPuttin is a beautiful self-catering apartment located in the prestigious Pinnacle Point Beach and Golf Security Estate and boasts lovely ocean views from the patio as well as many other areas of the unit.
This apartment can comfortably accommodate 4 guests at a time and comprises 2 en-suite bedrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a double bed, a TV and an en-suite bathroom with a shower and bath. The second bedroom contains 2 single beds and an en-suite shower. Both bedrooms offer ocean views. All linen and bath towels are provided.
The open-plan main living area features a kitchen fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery as well as a 4-seater dining table. For guests’ convenience, a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble-dryer are available. Leading from the kitchen is a lounge with comfy seating and a TV with a full selection of DStv channels.
Through the sliding doors, there is a patio with an outdoor dining table and a built-in braai which is the ideal spot for guests to enjoy a morning coffee or a sundowner. Guests have full access to the estate’s communal swimming pool, and direct access to the beach as well as the garden.
Parking is available within a short walking distance, but guests can also make use of the complimentary shuttle service.
