House Rules
All units are non-smoking.
No pets are allowed.
Gas braai/wood braai facilities in various units - please switch off gas after every use and do not put wood on gas braai.
Children are to be monitored at all times in the swimming pool area, on balconies and around the estate.
Safes are provided and valuables are guests own responsibility.
The establishment is not responsible for any injury, loss, theft or damage to guests or their valuables.
All furniture and appliances are to be respected and to be returned in full working order as per condition on arrival.
Swimming pool, tennis courts, squash courts and clubhouse are to be enjoyed by guests. However, noise abatement after 19:00 to be adhered to and no wheelies, skateboards or inappropriate footwear on tennis courts.
River frontage is enjoyed by all guests and their families, no major fishing tackle or boat access is allowed.
Please note that 3rd party booking is not allowed.
