The bed has known better days, cockroaches in the room, plumbing is blocked.

The hotel is beautiful, but the rooms were disappointing. The room TV is not a smart TV - you can't stream DSTV/Netflix, and the channels available are very limited. The broadcasting quality is poor. Our toilet had a seat that does not fit, which was really uncomfortable. The room is dark, and our coffee was not restocked by room service. The restaurant's food is very nice, but it's often understaffed, which affects the service and does not have everything that's offered on the menu.
