Good day Mr. Nicholson,
We apologise for the less than satisfactory experience you had while staying with us.
We've measured the entirety of the construction area which includes the new cottage, the two ramps and half the tennis court, and it amounts to approximately 530m2 in size. The entire property spans 3717m2. Therefore, the area used to store building materials and what is under construction accounts for less than 15% of the property. The aim of this construction was to increase parking area and accommodation.
Every room is equipped with a TV. It simply needs to be plugged in, and should there be no adaptor (as it appears many guests tend to take the adaptors with them when they leave), our staff will gladly supply one.
During cleaning, our housekeeper inadvertently erased the board containing the WiFi password and emergency contacts, for which we apologise.
As outlined on our profile, breakfast is not part of our service provision, however, we can provide breakfast upon request for a charge of R120 per person.
The issue of the dogs barking next door has been addressed by all neighbours who have requested intervention from the SPCA.
