Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R500 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
Please bring with own towels.
On departure the inventory will be checked again and depending on the condition of the unit and content, the breakage deposit will be refunded. Should you arrive later than 19:00 an additional charge will be payable.
A speed limit of 5 km/h is applicable inside the complex, a fine for exceeding can also be implemented.
Should more than 6 people be identified during your stay, a fine will applicable and you will also be asked to leave immediately.
Please note no pets are allowed on the premises.
During your stay please sign in at the office during office hours (located at the gate), otherwise the unit will not be serviced. The servicing of units excluding the washing of dishes and making of beds.
No functions e.g. weddings, 21 birthday parties etc. are permitted on the premises.
