House Rules
- No smoking permitted inside any room, designated smoking areas are provided, guest will be fined if they smoke in the rooms.
- Day visitors are to report at reception and no visitors are allowed after 22:00.
- Accommodation is restricted to the number of booked guests and if the limit of guests as specified has been exceeded, a penalty charge equal to the tariff of the room booked, will be charged to your account and will be payable immediately.
- Guests exceeding the capacity of the room will be asked to vacate the premises or will be removed by security.
- No inventory items may be moved from one room to another. This will result in shortages and you will be liable for the replacement cost.
- One extra blanket per bed is provided and can be found in the wardrobe.
- Kindly keep to the speed limit of 5km/h.
- A laundry service is provided at a small fee, please contact reception. No clothes may be washed inside any room and may not be hung on the outside of any room.

- Children may not be unattended on the premises and must be accompanied by their parent or legal guardian.
- No noise is allowed on the property in consideration of other guests.
- No alcohol may be consumed on the common property. If alcohol is misused, you will be removed by security with no hesitation.
