Dirty and expensive! They trap you to go there after seeing the pictures.

The feedback is intended to add value and improve the establishment. It's not meant to be spiteful or mean. The client raised an issue of cleanliness that, upon inspection in her presence, was found not to be true. “Spiders all over” how possible?
We offered her an alternative suite, which she declined. It's unfortunate that she seemed to have arrived at our establishment with the intent to criticise and run our establishment down with exaggerations and false statements.
