House Rules
Guests are required to bring their own bath- and swimming towels.
Please note, this property has CCTV cameras.
Smoking is not allowed indoors.
Pets are welcome by prior arrangement but are not allowed on the furniture.
No parties, events, or functions are allowed.
No guests under the age of 21 will be allowed without proper adult supervision.
Only the permitted number of people, children included, are allowed on the property. If the capacity is exceeded or if disturbances are caused, guests will be asked to vacate the property immediately.
The right of admission is reserved by management.
Guests take full responsibility for all breakages, damages or losses during the rental period; whether by occupants or guests.
The premises and all equipment are used at guests' own risk, and Etna's Southern Tip (Pty) Ltd and/or the homeowners will not be held responsible for any losses or damages during the stay.
No axes for chopping wood allowed.
No furniture may be moved around under any circumstances.
The full payment must clear Etna's Southern Tip (Pty) Ltd’s Bank account before the keys can be handed over.
Guests need to bring their own lanterns or lights in case of load shedding.
Please note that guests will be required to accept the full terms and conditions as provided by the property upon booking.
Please note, there are no supermarkets, ATM’s or petrol stations in Arniston.
