Emerald at the bay is a lovely apartment situated on the beach in the Greenways Golf Estate with beautiful surroundings and the most amazing sunsets. The unit is ideally suited for your next family vacation or for business travellers on their trips to the area.
It is a spacious apartment with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. The main bedroom has a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom and the other 2 bedrooms have a double bed and single bed. The lounge offers comfortable couches and a TV with DStv on request. All you need to bring is your own beach towels. The unit is situated close to various restaurants, grocery stores and fast food outlets. The main bedroom and lounge have a full sea view of Falsebay and the other rooms look out over the Helderberg.
The complex offers a pool and braai facilities, a golf course and tennis courts, a bigger pool at the clubhouse where you can also enjoy a sundowner or light lunch at the restaurant.
Approximately 30 minutes’ drive from the Airport, in the middle of most of the attractions that the Cape offers, wine farms, hikes, nature reserves, whale watching and many more. It also offers a parking space in the basement parking. The estate also offers green walkways with protected birdlife, a 2 kilometer hike next to the beach and the Soet River that runs through the estate.
