Description
EngelZicht Self-catering Villa offers self-catering accommodation in a tastefully decorated double-storey beach house with sea views from the outside balcony. The villa is situated in the seaside village of Yzerfontein, within close proximity to the beach, harbour, shops, coffee shops, and restaurants.
The house can accommodate up to 6 adults with 2 children, and comprises 3 bedrooms. The first and second bedrooms each contain a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The third bedroom contains 2 three-quarter beds. There is also a sleeper couch and mattress for young children. The third bathroom is fitted with a bath, toilet, shower and basin.
The kitchen is well-equipped for self-catering and includes a fridge-freezer, stove and oven, microwave, kettle, air fryer, Nespresso machine and dishwasher. The dining and living room is open-plan and contains a 6-seater dining table, couches, a flat-screen TV with Netflix and WiFi, and an indoor built-in braai. The living area opens to a balcony with outdoor dining furniture, sun loungers, and a built-in braai.
Downstairs, there is a games room with a dartboard and pool table. The games room has sliding doors opening to a large covered patio with outdoor furniture and braai facilities. The patio overlooks the swimming pool and fire pit in the garden. Here, guests can relax and enjoy a beautiful sunset with a glass of wine. Parking is available in a double garage.
