House Rules

Anyone who enters the property does so at their own risk and the owner/management will not be held responsible for any death, injury or illness sustained or suffered by any person or loss or damage to any property, occurring directly or indirectly from a visit to the property from any cause whatsoever.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all our rooms. Guests are welcome to smoke outside in the garden.
No prostitution is allowed. If an unauthorised person is sharing your room/dorm this will result in immediate eviction without refund.
This is budget hostel accommodation, not a guesthouse.
Roomette is a small room created by subdividing a large room, herein referred to as a Dorm Room. The beds are airport-size bunk beds of 1.8 m x 80 cm. Weight limit 110kg. There are no TV in the rooms but there is a TV in the communal lounge.
Laundry is included in the rate if the accommodation is for 7 days and more. There is an ironing board and iron available for our guests to use at reception, at no extra cost.
Parking is available behind a palisade fence, and the accommodation is situated right next to an air-conditioning and refrigeration company. The property is shared.
Towels are not provided but each bed has a duvet, pillow and fitted sheet.
We suggest guests bring an extra blanket and warm clothing.
Should guests check in after office hours, please let us know 10 minutes in advance.
Gas cooking and backup lights are installed.
There is a generator that will cost an extra amount to run for 4 hours.
Gas heaters are available to use, but gas costs an additional fee.
