Breakage Deposit

The breakage deposit includes the damages to breakage/replacement of broken/missing crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils, missing linen and or bedding.
Lost keys/gate tags, and lost gate phones will also be deducted from the breakage deposit.
Smoking inside the unit is strictly prohibited but is permitted on the balcony.
Unfortunately, no pets are allowed.
