An extra levy per person per night is payable if the number of guests exceeds the initial number stated.
Dishes must be washed, dry and packed away on departure, or a fine will be deducted from the key deposit.

No refund will be given should guests decide to leave earlier than the departure date.
Keys will not be handed over until the full rental amount has been settled.
