Made to feel at home by excellent staff!

Very impressed with the staff and the way they accommodated us and our needs. Rooms were comfortable and well kept. Breakfast was delicious. The environment and grounds were very pleasant. Perhaps a general information card in the rooms with the following might've been helpful - explanation on using the TV (and who to call when WiFi isn't working). A reminder of the entrances that are accessible in the gated community (we came back later one night and couldn't work out which road to use due to the closed gates. We eventually had to call the guesthouse to find out how to get back.).

On conference - really only slept over.

Very pleasant, well-kept garden. Would love to see a railing at the stairs going to the top floor - for safety reasons. (Stairs rather steep). Not really well equipped for load-shedding. Not actually notified of load-shedding times - useful to know these. Fortunately, I had packed in a battery torch which came in very handy. No tissues in the room.
