It was a pleasure accommodating such friendly guest.
The chocolates were actually newly bought and the expiring date is only late next year, I do apologize for that. I have opened 8 but all was fine. If you told us the same day I would have taken it up with the supplier.
The coffee we put in our rooms is standard Ricoffy and Nescafe. Please do ask next time for more coffee if needed, we will gladly add more. Or we can offer you percolated coffee if you rather prefer that.
We will always do our best to keep our guest happy at all times.
