Familie Huis op Wynplaas is a large is a lovely self-catering holiday home located on a wine farm just outside of Tulbagh. It is a great choice for friends and family who are looking for a peaceful home base while on their visit to this beautiful valley.
This double-storey home can accommodate up to 6 adults and 6 children and comprises 4 bedrooms, 3 en-suite bathrooms and a guest toilet. The first bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and a child-only bed for 2. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and a child-only bed for 2. The third bedroom contains a queen-size bed, while the fourth bedroom has 2 child-only beds. All three of the en-suite bathrooms are fitted with a bath, a shower, a washbasin and a toilet. Linen and bath towels are provided; however, guests are required to bring their own swimming towels.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, electric and gas stove, oven, microwave, cutlery and crockery and tea- and coffee-making facilities. A dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer are available for added convenience. The dining and lounging areas have comfortable seating for guests to dine and relax, and for guests' entertainment, there is a Smart TV and a fireplace. Access to Wi-Fi is available. Games and a trampoline for the kids.
Guests can enjoy an indoor braai room with a dart board and a dining table, and on the patio, there is a pizza oven. The property boasts a dam where guests can enjoy swimming and catch-and-release fishing, and to wash off, there is an outdoor shower. Secure parking is available on the premises. On the wine farm next door, guests can drink local wine and grab some food at the restaurant.
