Parties are not allowed.
Extra guests are not allowed, other than the guests that have been paid for.
Please do not litter inside, or outside. Gardens and plants are to be respected.
Pets are not welcome.
Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside.
No stag parties, drinking parties, or drunk behaviour, as well as no noise, is allowed past 22:00.
Any damages to the property will result in extra costs to the guests and they will be liable. Please respect the home as if your own.
No adults are allowed on the top bunk beds, there is a weight limit to the top bunk beds as they are for children. The cottage has 2 sharing rooms for 6 adults. The cottage is ideally for 2 couples sharing and a max 4 children.
