House Rules
Guests are welcome to explore the estate freely. However, it is strongly advised that they avoid fairways to prevent accidents with golf balls in play, and security personnel will strictly enforce this in response to complaints.
Guests must adhere to the Kingswood regulations at all times, as indicated in the pre-booking notice. Noncompliance with any of these regulations may lead to booking cancellation, and guests will not be eligible for reimbursement in such cases.
Additionally, guests are encouraged to show respect to permanent residents and maintain the estate's tranquillity, especially after 22:00 PM daily.
