Sections of Fig Tree Blue are accessed via stairs, and may not be suitable for young children, the elderly, or guests with disabilities.
Only the permitted number of people, children included, are allowed on the property.
According to Chintsa East Bylaws, no loud music and noise is permitted between 22:00 and 08:00; guests are asked to please be respectful of this rule.
Fig Tree Blue is a designated non-smoking area, and smoking is allowed on the deck only.
The accommodation is serviced daily between 08:30 to 14:30.
Fig Tree Blue makes use of septic tanks, and guests are asked to not leave taps running or flush any sanitary products.
Regrettably, pets cannot be accommodated.
Monkeys live in the area and guests are asked to please take care.
Cows roam the streets of Chintsa, please drive carefully.
This property is equipped with an inverter for the times that load shedding is present.
