Fishermans Flat is a self-catering unit and is semi-attached to the main house. The flatlet has its own entrance. The unit consists of 2 bedrooms. The main bedroom has a king-sized bed which can be converted into twin beds, should it be necessary. The second bedroom has a double bed and a bunk bed. Each bedroom is fitted with air-conditioning. The bathroom is shared and has a large shower and bath. The kitchen is fitted with a full-size fridge and a chest deep freeze is available. The TV room has full DStv available. There is a communal pool area on site as well as a kiddies jungle gym play area. The flat is walking distance from town and a short drive to the beach.

Fishermans house is a semi-detached home. The unit comprises 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms ideal for a large family. The main bedroom is furnished with a double bed and single bed and has an en-suite bathroom with a double basin and a large shower. The bedroom walks out onto a shared communal pool area. The bedroom also has a large safe. The remaining bedrooms contain double beds. The main, second, and third bedrooms are air-conditioned and the fourth bedroom has a large ceiling fan. There is a single sleeper couch in the lounge area for an additional guest. The lounge has a full satellite TV package (DStv). The modern kitchen boasts a fully self-catering kitchen with a large double-door fridge-freezer, lots of packing and preparation space, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster, and a gas stove and oven combination. The kitchen walks out onto a communal entertainment area.
