The flat is great, but if you're not a smoker the stale smell of smoke is not pleasant at all.

Problem with directions, maintenance in unit poorl, light in lounge not working, safe not working, paying for cleaning and no service, no clean towels and refuse removal, fan in spare room noisy, shower not clean.
It's a lovely unit, but the maintenance and cleaning is poor. And we had to pay for a cleaning service which never happened. Old rusks were supplied. One packet was opened and left like that.
