Bit of a joke!

No record of our booking, room not ready, only 2 beds instead of three. Unable to provide a receipt. No kettle, tea/coffee. Fridge not working. Nothing to wash up with in the kitchen. Tiles falling off in the bathroom. Soap dispensers empty. In a nutshell, this was clearly not a 4-star guesthouse and is operating under false pretenses with an expired rating. Shocking service and a run-down establishment. I was too scared to try the kitchen service for breakfast.

Great staff and great accommodation.

Happy overall with the service and the staff. Great food and good location.

Die Engelse woord "generous" is die mees beskrywende term vir die gastehuis met ruim kamers, ruim ontbyt, ruim gasvryheid en vriendelikheid.

Baie aangenaam.

Die eenhede was ruim, skoon en baie netjies. Dit is modern en daar is baie aandag gegee aan detail en goed toegerus. Ons is baie goed ontvang deur vriendelike en baie behulpsame personeel. Kan definitief aanbeveel en ons sal weer van hulle gebruik maak. Baie dankie.

Friendly staff, very accomodating and what excellent breakfasts.

When we arrived for our 3 nights stay we were warmly welcomed by the staff. Our rooms were spacious and comfortable. The pool area is nicely paved with wooden table and chairs with a few sun lounges. Most attractions are 5 minutes away by car. I would highly recommend Flying Falcon Guest House to everyone and we would love to come back soon if given the opportunity.
